Protect Your GoDialing Account Information
Make sure you never provide your account information or password
to anyone via email or any web site other than GoDialing.com. GoDialing
will never ask you for your password via email.
Shipping and Returns
GoDialing.com ships your order in a timely fashion and with great
care. We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them.
If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you. If the order included
a telephone, we can ship your order via United Parcel Service (UPS)
or you can pick up your order at no extra cost. Please choose the
Flat Rate option if you decide to pick up your order at our location.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GoDialing.com Online Store are made pursuant
to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
To cancel an order just email service@GoDialing.com
and if the order has not already been shipped you will receive a
full refund. You will not be able to cancel an order if your order
has been shipped.
GoDialing.com cancellation policy for Pay-as-you-go Calling is
refundable only if the customer shows he/she could not use the service
due to clear technical difficulty.
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning
any merchandise to GoDialing.com. You can request an RA online by
email to service@GoDialing.com.
The following are GoDialing.com Return Shipment Policies:
- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with
the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result
in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective products must be in original factory carton with all
original packing materials.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and
cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing,
your account will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label,
not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight
collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any
way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days
only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be
refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee
of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
- GoDialing.com credits based on purchase price or current price,
whichever is lowest.
Note: We will not process/verify any order that does not have a
valid contact phone number.
